He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has taken that expertise into the home care and remodel industry for the last 10 years. He values communication, integrity, and delivering top-quality service in a timely manner. Andy is passionate about his work and enjoys seeing projects from start to finish. In his personal life, he is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and likes to travel the country and explore new wines.
Ron Baker
Ron Baker comes with over 20 years experience as a top-producer in both Traditional and Investment Real Estate. He understands that the only way to build a strong business is effective communication, exceeding the expectations of the client, a reputation for honesty and integrity, and then growth will take care of itself. Referrals are the most important form of advertising. His goals are to develop the existing team along with future new team members to keep service levels at an extremely high level. Ron loves Golf, Tennis and Fly Fishing along with spending time with his lovely wife of 37 years.
Eliseo Perez
Eliseo Perez is a valued and dedicated employee of HiLine Home Pro. He is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico and has been with the company since its inception. He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and takes great satisfaction in working with HiLine's clients to ensure their homes are well-maintained, protected, and taken care of. He is known for going above and beyond to show clients how much the company cares. In his free time, Eliseo enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cooking and relaxing in his cabin. His expertise and experience in the hospitality field make him an essential team member for the company.
Vladimir Barahona
Vladimir Barahona is a dedicated and hardworking employee of HiLine Home Pro. Originally from El Salvador, he has been working in construction for over 7 years and has a strong desire to grow and improve his time management skills. Vladimir is known for being a good and honest team member, and has the ability to solve problems under pressure. He values working with his colleagues, who he finds motivated and inspiring, and enjoys being part of a team that cares about providing excellent customer service. In addition to his work, Vladimir is an outgoing person who enjoys spending time with his family, he is particularly passionate about camping, and a proud father of three. He also loves to work on cars in his free time.
Jameson Pope
This soon to be Full Time Home Manager and Executive Vice President of Hiline Homes will first need to finish Jr. High and High School. A full-time student and top Basketball and Volleyball player, he’s learning all the skills necessary to take over and make Hiline Home Pro an even bigger hit with Luxury Homeowners. His personality and solid family influence make him a 5 star recruit at any position. We will sign him to a long-term contract as soon as possible… Provided the Phoenix Suns or Diamondbacks don’t beat us to the punch!
