What is included in a Home Management walk through?
Home Management
Our home watching services are tailored to your needs and can be conducted weekly, every ten days or two times per month. Or, as needed for Seasonal Residents…at a mininimum, Each visit includes:
- Complete visual inspection of interior of home, walls and ceilings. (scanning for pest issues and water issues)
- Check the refrigerator and freezer
- Run the disposal
- Flush all toilets
- Run all taps
- RO system run and clear lines and then check for leaks underneath sink
- Check water softener to ensure it’s not leaking and to add salt if necessary
- Check thermostats to insure they’re functioning properly
- Water any plants
- Get mail
- Run and drive cars (if requested)
- Monthly run washer and dishwasher
- Visually scan garage
- Check to make sure water softener is not leaking
- Visual Inspection of landscaping and report back to landscaper if we find any problems
- Inspect pool and other water features and report back to pool service professional if we find any problems
